Does this free up Lyle so he can spend more time on RAIN business? Hilton bought out Grand Casino.

Arthur Goldberg, who now oversees Hilton's gambling operations with
wide latitude, will become the casino company's chief executive and
remain as a director of Hilton Hotels. That would be a big step up in
responsibility for Mr. Goldberg, who joined Hilton in 1996 when it bought
Bally Entertainment Corp., where he was chairman and chief executive.
Lyle Berman, Grand Casinos' chairman, will take a seat on the new casino
company's board but won't be involved in daily operations, people familiar
with the details said.
