Alski, "shortfalls in future quarters" I think that the point is Bad News, period. The statement MTON made, and which all cats HAVE MADE, was awaited with baited breath. When it occurs, it really doesn't matter a rat's a$$ WHEN the shortfall is to occur, just that it (prospectively) WILL. If the share-price mirrored losses exactly, there would be no "market" per se, and <gasp> no 56 Thread in which we learn how to time, participate, exploit, profit from that market. "I think it might slide a bit more before it hits the trampoline; no?" That's the theory in a nutshell. Ivan
