MWR has 100% interest in a group of claims in the Elkhorn Gold District, Montana, adjacent to a property now held by Treminco (formerly Santa Fe gold then Newmont). The MWR ground has an indicated gold resource of 270,000-280,000 ounces, with exploration potential of up to 500,000 ounces total from similar mineralized pipes. A deeper skarn has been theorized by geologists as the source of the mineralized pipes. The description given is of an elephant on its back, with the body as the skarn and the legs as the pipes. If true in its larger context, this could be a multi-million ounce deposit. But even on the lower end, the Company should be able to make a deal that leaves them with a healthy NSR or carried net profit interest.

They also hold 50% of a large exploration concession in Guinea where a geophysical program was recently completed. Results are expected to show a large area of near-surface mineralization. Drilling is planned for the fall, after the rainy season.

Financing is expected shortly, as evident by recent prices edging toward C$0.15. Any purchases near the current bid should be a solid position, IMHO.

Dale

More Elkhorn District-related news:

Treminco continues to focus on the Elkhorn project, an advanced development
stage gold project recently optioned from Hospah/Santa Fe Pacific Gold
Company subsidiaries of Newmont Gold Company. Over $17-million (U.S.) has
been spent on the exploration and development of the property by a
succession of related major mining companies including Gold Fields Mining
and Santa Fe Pacific Gold. Drawing from a resource of over 500,000 ounces
of gold at a cut-off of 0.10 oz/ton Au, Treminco plans to develop the
Elkhorn project as a near-surface, high grade, underground mine similar to
Pegasus Gold's nearby profitable Diamond Hill mine.
