My English is not good. I cannot understand the news release. Can someone explain the Jun 26 1998 news ? EXIMAD is 100% own by RSR ? EXIMAD jv with Family Holdings Groupe on four concessions, belong to Family Holdings Group ? One of four concession is existing mining operation ? What is the prove of history and record of mining operation ? Family Holding Group put $500,000 private placement into RSR for 1,000,000 shares at 50 cents ? Family can get another 1,000,000 shares from production and cash flow ? Eximad get 75% and Family 25% ? This is a very funny business. RSR/Eximad don't pay anything and get 75% of JV. They also get $500,000 private placement from Family Holdings Group. Look like scheme to give a lot of shares to Family Holdings Group. M.Gunther
