Yes.. Believe it or not, I haven't totally given up on IOM.
The problem is, there is nothing I can do to my earnings model
(except for a miracle) to create positive earnings!! This switching
to OEMs away from aftermarket is what is killing them. I can't
figure out how tie ratios are going to suddenly jump to
compensate.

My question is this: What material change to the business could
occur that would pull them out of the dumps? How will tie ratios
suddenly increase, if they are currently on a decreasing slope?
You never see FAD products rise, fall, then rise again. (well,
maybe 20 years later... but ZIP won't have this luxury...)

I just cannot see how they can pull this off. But, this is only
my opinion. Not worth much...
