Ali,
I agree with what you are saying, but please keep in mind that CS has made several purchases recently. These purchases are strong in research and developement, which is exactly what I believe a company buying CS will be looking for. CS IS CHEAP and one or more of those companies are most certainly looking at CS. CS will always be able to be sold. At an average price of 13 5/8 I am certain that when it does turnaround or get sold it will go above 13 5/8...well above it. If CB is not successful someone will make a hostile bid...let's all remember that insiders can not control the fate of this company...just let someone bid 22 tomorrow!!

Re: "now I can not think a company that is worst than CS in networking."

SHVA (Shiva Corp.) comes to mind. As bad as CS is, I don't think it's fallen as far as SHVA yet. There is very little hope for SHVA, while there does at least appear to be buyout hope for CS. SHVA has fallen (1 1/2 years ago) and can't get up. At least CS has some hope.

Must admit, though, that I got in a few days ago @ $12 7/16, and am also losing $ already. Hopefully not for long, though!
