That description helps w/ the RAM/CPU tradeoff question. I think RAM will be a more limiting factor than CPU for your usage. If there's a cost tradeoff I'd go 128 ram stick for sure, 233 or 266 CPU to start. In 6 months, I bet the 333 will be less than half of what it is now, and if CPU is a limiting factor, it'll be an easy upgrade.
