I'm still long because the bullish case still (barely) outweighs the bearish case.

Don't forget the company publicly announced that sales were tracking on target. The big risk here is that, like all chip companies, 3DFX likely has back-end loaded quarters and a slowdown at the end has the potential to make them miss.

P.S. While I was at Fry's I talked a guy into buying a Diamond M3D instead of a Viper. <g>
