I drink red with everything. But you want something not too heavy, not too light, not too refined (no point with extremely spicy food). So maybe a Valpolicella or a Bardolino?

Interesting ... I've seen "You Decide" so many times on this thread, that I finally began thinking of music. Why, you ask?

But, I think maybe "You Decide" is a competitor to "U2".
