You, Barb and Asensio are offensive people. You make a good short selling team because you're ugliness is enough to chase away even the most optimistic and loyal shareholders. Almost.

You still believe you were right all along. Its time to pull that pessimistic, negative, close-minded head out of your ___ and read the documents available. The scam by the market makers failed. Solv-Ex did not die as planned. Many of the facts have surfaced (and some of us have studied them) and its ugly, very ugly. The company is innocent of any wrongdoing.

I've personally lost a lot of money in this and I've made it my business to understand what happened over the last 28 months. Solv-Ex was attacked by short-sellers. Period. Easy prey for their well-oiled machinery. When Solv-Ex started to raise money (March,1996) the shorts were getting squeezed HARD and some resorted to breaking laws and misleading the NASD and SEC to sabotage every effort of Solv-Ex'.
There is ample evidence to support this claim. It has been furnished to the SEC, NASD, Congressmen, etc....

One can argue the technology, or management savvy, but their honesty has withstood 2+ years of bogus investigations and an intense bankruptcy case.
