I agree Andrew-- my broker says I can short ANY stock that he can find shares for-- if I am using my cash account.

Also, you can short ANY stock using the 3 day settlement rules...

ANYONE ARGUE WITH THIS PUT UP THE LAW!!!

I did and you are right; commissions suck but they are one of very few that allow it on some BB's. The tone of your post was kind of strong (i.e patently false) like I was purposely misleading people, but you are right that Fideltiy MIGHT be able to short certain BB stocks.

Inceintally commissions above 2000 shares is $98.95 + .02 a share

This is patently false information. Call Fidelity brokerage at 1 800 544 8666 and ask them about it
