Colin,
Sammers. It is the right to maritally sin in these situations and then plead for forgiveness later. They do it to us every time they buy shoes. My ex-wife used to buy new shoes about(it seemed like every other day)every 2nd week. Before she came home she scraped the soles up at got rid of the box.She would sneak them into the closet and when she wanted to wear them she would say "oh I need new shoes, these ones aren't comfortable" I would say they are brand new and she would say I've had these for a long and turn them over to show me the scrapes on the bottom. She thought she was fooling me.I caught on quick.
Mizuno gold shoes, new woods, irons. Hee Hee Hee.
