The NAV is getting no help from CMPC. I believe this will change. Institutional ownership is 31.4%. This excludes the 50% owned by SFE. In the last 3 mo. there has been a net buy of 1.3 mil shares by the institutions as the stock has declined about $1.5. Individuals are selling as the institutions are buying.
