S-8
This form is used for the registration of securities to be offered to an issuer's employees pursuant to certain plans.

I feel this is very positive. This shows the Co. is thinking and planning for the future and trying to get employees doing the same. This is a type of Pension Plan where instead of the Co. putting away cash, they put away shares of ARET and get a tax deduction. I have set up several for clients, it's good for motivation. Think back to commercials like I think Hertz or AVIS they say they are employee owned, well here you go. There are restrictions to the employees too.
