Re: Sippl's resignation

In a merger/acquisition like Borland and Visigenic, it is common for the people in positions like Sippl's to stick on board for a while (having been through a merger or two myself) to make sure everything is smooth sailing before bailing.

However, two things I don't like is Sippl's presence was highly touted as a great benefit of the merger and his departure is a little earlier, by about 3 months, than I had expected.
