Check out their site enamelon.com

I believe their stuff is not simply the flouride you find in Crest, etc. ENML's tube has 2 seperate compartments which do not mix until you squeeze it out of the tube. They are charged and the charge causes it to be attracted to the teeth and stay in the crevices.

My teeth feel much cleaner after using Enamelon vs Crest, etc.
