Russel; Did you pick up om the news in Puerto Rica, with GTE, and friends trying to take over the phone system. ? biz.yahoo.com I've been down there several times, and the way our TV stereo types them is a far cry from the ones I got to know. There is more to this than meets the eye, the people paid for that phone system, now some politicians want to give it away for a few personal perks. Had this been done, right and all I wouldn't be so suspicious, it seems it's just being shoved through in the name of Privation, and the people were not given a choice, as if Privation is a good enough excuse to steal any thing. I don't blame them for being ticked off. Jim
