Be it inbred, intentionally learned or gained by osmosis....the ability to function in life with a lack of moral decency....surely has been proven to exist here.

The innocents are not incapable of learning to uncover these traits..but...the time lag is incredibly slow. Perhaps this is due to the recruitment of others to carry forward the effort.
