Here's some info that may help...

The 45% fall is similiar to Adaptec (ADPT) on 1/9/98

The company had three downgrades in one day and the stock went from $36 to $20 (-45%)

209.31.31.88

CyberMedia came crashing down when they reinstated earnings (big no-no)

209.31.31.88

When a stock gaps down or up, it USUALLY tries to fill the gap a little. This is also useful. Sometimes a stock will just begin to fill the gap and then fall right back or move right back up.

I think CTEC will trade in a $5.50 - $8 range for a few weeks. I think it MAY touch $5.50 on Monday but will most likely close above the $6.375 level. I'm going to buy more at $5.625 if I can. I will hafto see how it moves.

NOTE: No one can predict anything. All we can do is look for similarities. Once I get my 10-20% I'm gone.

If you buy this stock now you will playing "Dead" money for atleast 1 or 2 quarters. I play many stocks for a "Dead Cat Bounce", but I will say they all go lower than what they close at on "Hit Day". CTEC might bounce a little on Monday, then again it might not. If it keeps going down you will be stuck for no telling how long. I originally bot it at 8 some years ago and it went to 1 1/2. I did'nt have enough sense to sell and after a couple of years it went to 14, a few months ago and I sold for a profit. I have learned to sell a loser very quickly as I was lucky CTET came back from a losing position. I am a daytrader now, much easier on the nerves and I don't have to worry about a stock overnight.
