Well..looks like the paint may finally be dry....

My understanding is that all systems are GO! and the merger is at the "i" dotting and "t" crossing stage. That doesn't mean that all the dust has settled though - there is still the final wording, legal approvals and SEC's blessings and, of course, the EGM. Hopefully, the EGM will be pretty much a rubber stamp thing.

It is clear from the share price and activity that the deal is becoming more interesting to more people. This likely due in large part to the news that there is a research report on Intrinsyc due out within the week from New York. You can be sure that, with the merger process finally coming to a close, the company will begin to push its agenda and bring the company to the attention of investors and brokers. Very large companies continue to be very interested in Intrinsyc's products and business plans - interest that is more than likely leading to deals and affiliations.

All of this is helping bring this small and now expanding company out of the R&D mode into commercialization as they continue to get customers, sell product and GENERATE REVENUES - after all, that's what it's all about.

Remember that, after the merger is complete, Intrinsyc Inc. will be a U.S. based company with a U.S. listing not far behind - NASDAQ OTC. Then things will get interesting.

Sorry Zed, can't help you on the quote thing - but you're right, it would be nice.

Over and out
