Zeev,

Your English is much better than my German or French and I understand and appreciate your response very much, it is a very plausible explanation of the process. Thank you!

P.S.--Perhaps your spelling in English is slightly better than mine.

For one who recently fell off the turnip truck, you are doing OK!! One thing that you could clarify for me is---were you the driver of the turnip truck, or were you a field hand who fell off the back?

Jack

Zeev,

I checked your explanation with Twiford of why smelting is necessary and he agreed fully with what you said. As you know, Twiford is a consultant for GPGI and not an official or director of the company. He runs an R&D lab. He told me that he was presently working to improve the leaching process with the hope, (expectation?) that he would be able to recover more than the $1,000 per ton as per the recent news release. At the same time he is looking for a method whereby he will be able to by-pass the smelting process altogether. He said that the outcome of this effort is uncertain.

Regards, Ed
