I almost ordered a case from Addtronics last year. They had responsive technical support, and seem to make great cases. A very satisfied associate tipped me off on their existence last year. If you build yourself, this is another good choice, IMHO.

Also, on the RAM/CPU tradeoff--I wasn't assuming Corsair PC100 SDRAM. If this increases your comfort level, the prices will be more similar. (I do think as long as you go PC100 and Asus BX, you'll be fine.)
