SR,
you are right, I overreacted... godzilla cap examples are extreme... my statement on executive confidence was too sweeping... I will try to relax, just an emotional Irishman... see it now as a calmly stated challenge to my naive notion... I have only been on board for one month, need to learn to move with the flow... this gets a bit rough & tumble... I also appreciate Todd posts and said so privately to him

By the way, my reasons to continue shorting represent my collective personal reasons over the years for having my ass(ets) separated... love to make anybody laugh anywhere anytime

Klein,
I only cited potential reasons for split... never said I favor one, others have in many posts... I actually owned Iomega during that fiasco, which is a rare backfire example... they sprung huge ad campaign on market, late Jaz drives, and generally messed up with stock going from 13 to 5 post-split... I realize splits are not ambrosia in the mouths of stockholders... but all reports I see indicate splits add 5-10% return on equity boost in first six months... a THQ split or lack of it is no big deal to me, fundies will drive this puppy

thanks out in LA for Farrell TV report... outstanding

/ Jim Willie
