So now it all begins. Good luck to all teams and may the best Dutch team win!!! (sigh !).... Oh well.... I am back from the Doc. Bad news, Good news..... The bad news is, I was bitten by a brown recluse spider...... The good news is, They are going to amputate "only" my right arm..... I was not going to write until after the surgery, only slower of course..... but I could not help myself, after seeing the above comment..... "For crying out loud, England beating Holland?" Yep. It won't be easy but today they showed that they know what they got to do. That team was like a clock out there today. Campbell, Ince, Beckham (Hoddle should have started this guy in the first two games), another game Owen (the next Ronaldo??) under his belt, Shearer, on and on. They looked thirsty enough and gutsy enough. Holland never put a whole 90 minutes together. If they do it's a different story. And then even if they go up by 2-0 it's the "Hey, if the Mexicans could tie it so can we" factor. Regardless if they get to play each other the game should be a classic. May the best team win. I think you are wrong about Brazil. I was the one who said I am glad Romario is not here. Everything is working properly, don't take the meaningless Norway game into consideration. I count on their incredible talent to rise to the occasion once again IF they go through Nigeria. After that noone would be able to stop them!! About me picking France beating Italy. This was indeed the hardest decision I had to make...I can't see Italy losing to the French. But luck and home advantage, what the heck I gave it to the French. I feel Brazil has the best chance to win it all and you give them no chance. Interesting! Holland, Italy, France, Argentina, Nigeria, Yugoslavia and Germany have better teams than Brazil!!!!!!!!Puuulease. I guess I could understand about some of these teams but the Yugos and the G(Geriatrics/Germany take your pick) have better teams than Brazil?????? If Brazil and Holland meet, 3-1 win by Holland, wow! Isn't this fun? I guess we will find out soon enough who is right and who is wrong. Regardless, I want to be entertained by watching great games. Hey, Dutch Goldfinger after your 27th prediction it seems you are a bit closer to reality. (Just a bit) But u have opportunity to more predictions. So try on. But to be honest, I have to change my prediction too. So sorry. Made mistake, big mistake, too much confidence, too enthusiastic. So sorry. I thought US-boys will make it in 2006 to get in second round. Sorry, too optimistic. Shame on me. My new prediction now is, US-boys to wait a few more days to reach second round in a WC. So new prediction now, instead of 2006 it's 2026. 0 points 1 goali = less than penny stock. So sorry. Old socks out ? No, cooler than ever ! Old socks on second place ? No, on first, as usual. Dutch Goldfinger will change his board name again after July, 12. Til than, enough time to change predictions another 27 times. Santa Klaus had fun with zebra's golf joke and other comments and predictions from zebra. PS: A lady with blond hair emigrates from Germany to the US, hence average IQ level in both countries rises !!
