Rick, For those of us trying to increase our positions, we don't mind the depressed prices. I'll be putting the ROTH IRA for all members of my family into PARS as well as shifting several of my other accounts - just need a little more time to get everything in order - so I don't want a spike up just yet. I enjoy this board - Ariella, and the rest of the gang. Looks like a relatively safe biotech with great upside potential. Shep

To clarify my previous comment: There is indeed a marketing partner that B&L has selected, however I expect that PARS (which has to agree to the partner and financial terms) may hold off a month or so to see how the initial sales look, i.e. how much an Alrex partner is needed and at what terms. Though the terms may end up being renegotiated, I would not expect that the marketing plan would end up being changed substantively; but expectations of an imminent announcement are likely to be disappointed.
