You are correct Russell. Brett brought forth the rumors of LBGF and TCHP. Brett mentioned in one of his posts that he got info from one Highlander on the TCHP thread. Brett also mentioned that Microsoft might be the suitor for TCHP !! Anyway, I reviewed the TCHP thread and Highlander wrote that he needed $4 to break even or Bill Gates to buy TCHP. Reading this I bailed from TCHP on thurs - only an $800 loss. Will hold onto LBGF and add when it gets way below a penny. It appears LBGF routinely has its up moments, so I'll set and wait. I have gotten a few PMs from SI members that have lost money on Brett's last three pushes of QTNT, LBGF and TCHP. Best wishes,

LVR

Hate to quibble with you, but they cannot get chapter 7 bcy in Nevada or anywhere else. First Bcy is a federal matter and no state has any jurisdiction to hear a bcy case. But, they could have filed a bcy petition fed bcy court in Nevada, but it would not be a chap 7 liquidation. But the real thing is that chapter 7 is for INDIVIDUALS only. A corporation cannot get a chap 7. More likely a chap 11. Bottom line though, if the story you heard said they had a chap 7 it is bogus!
