I have pointed out that this is a follow for right now. Icahn has been pushing hard to keep the company separate and settle their own debt. TBZ wants the merger. The company has been in bankruptcy for 1 1/2 years. The confirmation hearing runs from June 30 to July 2, so we will know something soon. Icahn wants to buy out the company from the debt holders for $525 million. Looks more like it will go the way of a merger/reorganization with Toy Biz (TBZ). Anyone with more detail please post. djb
