Daddy, You're right, but I thought that it had already been decided the other way when the proposal was first announced. It's probably no big deal, though, as I read somewhere that MM's are good because they "create liquidity". I think that means, among other things, if you wanted to buy some stock and there was none for sale, they would sell it to you, anyway. That's a good thing for the investor, isn't it? It's hard to believe that the AMEX scraped along for so many years without liquidity. Regards, AD
