There was a post on the yahoo thread indicating that AMZN earnings release is delayed until July 22, plus or minus. Anyone have confirmation of this?

With the NAZ and techs up and friday, I was suprised to see AMZN (and other internet stocks) down.

The today volumes dried up to around 5 mills from 6-8 mills (past few days average).

Andrew,

Volume may be a bit misleading here. The entire market had light volume on Friday. I thought the volume on AMZN was adequate when placed in market perspective.

Now I'm wondering whether I should get rid of some of my put options, next week, or
wait until their earings date on July 10.

I suggest waiting and seein themarket action on July 1st after quater ends. The window dressing will be over.

Any ideas who are going to downgrade AMZN next time?

My guess would be DLJ's Jamie.
