Greg, If my memory is right I have jousted with G in the past. I found that it wasn't the key stroke energy. Next fall the market will be better. My painful experience is that my interest in the spec markets may as well take the summer off.

I know the flippers won't like this, but my plans to find YRI money this summer is shaping up nicely.

I suggest IR take the summer off and safe money for the fall.

We will be in Huronia in July - if you go to Meaford then perhaps we could meet at Casino Rama and place a few bucks on the table where there will be some summer action.

Ignore the guy. bob

Greg,
I was going to respond to G, but I decided not to. It doesn't matter what I say he will still go on about how bad YRI is and how you are trying to screw the shareholders. All I will say is that he is looking for something (I am not sure he is even aware what it is), until you figure it out or he tells you what it is he won't be happy. I still believe that this is a great company with a great deal of promise. The market for any junior is bad right now and mining is always worse. If you believe then add more stock. It is that simple.

Greg i have no doubt in regards to your honesty and sincerity on YRI,
and true belief the stock should trade a higher level. But im amazed that firms as large as first marathon and James Capel could not raise
even 50% of your intened target. Capell has a $4 target on the stock
and FM has done several other placements this year for juniors.
I believe the "sweetener" is in reference to "green shoe option".

I thought SI was a place investors go communicate and remain anonymous. If u or any1 else on Si dont like my opinions or thoughts
then dont bother writing back.

PS. Obviously the metals mkt is bad and that is 1 of many factors the price is down. I only hope a senior doesnt JV Lejano at bargain priced levels because they know with decling cash balance YRI wont be around afetr another 6- 12 months.

Greg,
I was wondering the timing and pricing of your convertible debentures. I am sure you don't have everything worked out yet, but be sure to let me know as I am interested.

To everyone else: If they are willing to pay your 8% on your money as well as everything that you have come to expect from YRI then WHY would it be hard to fully subscribe? I don't see them having a problem with this offering at all, in fact maybe they will have to close it off early because of to much interest. Just my thoughts.
