Jim, For all practical purposes this $.10 dividend was a one time event. no one should expect a growth stock to pay dividends regularly, especially a small one like TGSK. IMO the dividend was done in cash rather than as a stock dividend was to prevent a diluting effect . Mr. Smith has already stated that the family's dividend will be used to buy more stock on the open market. Sounds like a plan, I implemented the same strategy but didn't wait to get the cash :) Fran
