Mike, a warrant is an option to buy the underline stock at some predetermined price. Once the price of the stock exceeds the warrant's price, the warrant is called "in the money" because you can convert the warrant for less than the current stock value. Warrants can be very much like call options if they are free trading, they can be traded like the stock. Warrants usually also have limitations as to expiration and can sometimes be recalled by the company. For example, if PKGP had warrants and the warrants were free trading, the warrant could have a ticker of PKGPW and you would see trading quotes for PKGPW. We don't have any details on the new warrants, whether they are free trading or not, and we don't know how many will be issued for each share of the new company. Hope I didn't confuse you.
