In reading the statement by ICC..

there seems to be a lot of speculation not based upon fact.

1) Why would ICC publish a definition of there role with PKGP if they no longer represented them?

2) Nothing in the statement was rude or inflamatory.

3) If PKGP is undergoing a name change, why not remove the old name from the website and replace it with the new name next week. If PKGP was worried about name recognition, they wouldn't change the name.

4) Why didn't the first person who suspected this just call ICC or reply to their post asking if they were still representing the company rather than amplifying this rumor?

The good news is the financing. The IR firm is just administration.

Peace, a month or two ago, Jim M conducted a weekend survey to see how many shares were held by SI members. The survey was to test if the number of shares was near or greater the 38MM that the company was telling people. We were concerned that a floorless conversion was diluting the shares. The results showed SI members hold a very small percentage of 38MM and that excessive dilution probably wasn't occurring. Obviously the survey may be wrong, but I believe the conclusion. The large volumes are either penny day traders (you can see their pattern, they pick a half penny twice a day), or MMs shuffling the reported trading shares between each other for some unknown reason (naked short shuffle?).

Where do you see the post for these information? base on the post over at ragingbull, it is not at all (as I understand). If some one can send me the post that ICC is no longer represent PKGP, I'm really appreciated it. If Altemore (don't remember the spelling of his name) is really issuing new shares, What is the benefit to PKGP? MM drove PKGP to where it's right now.
