I feel that if the reverse is part of a financing agreement, then they should have made this announcment when they announced the reverse. Why not do that? Why make the investors sweat it out and speculate on why the reverse? How do we know that they are simply not going to issue more shares after the reverse? I mean how do we know that the reverse in indicative of iminent financing? Could it not also be indicative that financing is not happening and so they are going to delute for cash instead? Just curious. I hope they get the financing. Long AGTI
