Morning Tracker.. I got here after reading the Barrons' post previous to yours. Your statement "It's a wise man who can take his/her profits and not look back," rings true as does its mirror of taking loses and not looking back.

The Barrons article quoted before your post ends with a big question_

Q: Something that's not priced into U.S. stock prices?

A: No. And while it's not necessarily the most likely case, it is possible that the whole world could be on the brink of a growth surprise. You have a third of the world's economy either in recession or in the midst of financial crisis. Everybody is exporting to the West, to the U.S. and Europe. Meanwhile, we are seeing just the beginnings of some indications that maybe the U.S. economy is beginning to back up a little bit. There are also just some preliminary indications that maybe the European recovery is not as robust as people thought.

Europe has been the growth lynch pin for many US companies, especially in the tech area... Asian sales haven't yet turned the corner, there seems to be a lengthening period of time between growth cycles.
