<<<<In this case, it is the SELLER, not the buyer that has control and determines how far the price of our stock drops>>>>

JHA,
As Joe told me yesterday, one of the highlites of his life will be when the CardCallers realize they screwed up by not staying with DCI. Another thing he did say was that it appears St. Jude is listening to us. James, we have been here before and survived although it sure is painful. We will do it again. As you said, we simply must soak up the supply coming to market. When Joe issued the shares to these people the float in essence doubled, thats a bunch. But, as he said it was still the right move and he would do it again if necessary. It's just a shame that the same people Joe saved from bankruptcy could not have been more patient. Next week will IMO be crucial. We will find out just how little the seller will take for his or her stock. At this point I certainly don't blame Dean for sitting back and regrouping. I know of two other potential buyers doing the same.

Best Regards
