I like the sideways movement here.

I view it as a sign of new base building and strengthening a new price point. It wouldn't surprise me to see a bit of downside testing once we linger here for a time. Sometimes that happens. But you said it best yourself: '...just think the sellers have dried up.'

And that is a great sign. Personally, short of some kind of emergency I don't understand why anyone would sell CYI at this point. Even big dips on low volume don't bother me, since those are transient aberrations resulting from little buying pressure. That is also when we see temporary, larger than normal bid and ask spreads. But all that goes away in a shot with either news or earnings reports.

When a portfolio is structured in a way suitable to the personal situation of the investor, I think the investor can easily afford to wait and let time mature each of the investment situations. So we can all relax and let Mr. Hawk and company do their work. That is the ultimate reward for due diligence and is the exact opposite of complacency.
