Hi Pitbull,

i just finished reading the Raging Bull thread. Errick shows up for the first time last nite with this information about ICC. Says he called ICC in morning. Yet waited until last nite to mention it. HMMMMmmmm.

I am not saying he is wrong but it sure seems funny that he would post this at the time he did and not during the day when it could be checked out.

We have no official word from ICC and we do not know that the site is not being updated to new company (if that is possible).

I am not looking to have a number of phone calls to Mr. Altamore with panicked investors. I am willing to speak with him myself but have not located his number. I left a message on his voice mail with my number at my home in the event that he is in the office this weekend and that he would return this call to clarify and realize that investors could be nervous for the wrong reasons.

Regards,

If Altomare faces going to jail for stock fraud ... reminder: this is still a hypothetical situation! ... I doubt he is going to roll over and cave in just because a few shareholders showed up at his place of business.

The local newspaper angle probably would get more action, but would play right into the hands of any shorters. People who are short in a company which goes bankrupt never have to pay the money back.
