I couple more downgrades, and it'll be time to buy some more. Just waiting for the volume to subside. I'm a little concerned that the true bottom may not appear until the end of the year sometime, after this "summer tech rally" -- which is in its early stages -- is complete and the next correction has set in. Even then, I don't think we'll go much below a PE of 7, or about $13-$15/share. In any event, if volume dries up and we find a bottom, I'll buy now.
