F1 key is as follows: Averaging type = exponential
MACD 12 26
Moving Average 9 of MACD
Moving Average 50 of price

Seg Nvls Cohu all appear to have bottomed ,tsv is now positive, macd has crossed over(on daily basis) and it is really looking good for the first time in a long time

Adex and Asyt are still dogging at bottoms (great values near book)Macd has crossed over It looks like they could show strength soon.

Time for bills B.K. has to be soon or else these little tech stocks are going to crank up in price.Of course that is the 64. question.

IMHO This may not be a strong crank up -It may be a false start with a second bottom coming in oct -nov time period (thats what happened in 1996) I think it will take longer for the S.E.A. turmoil to work its way out of the tech stock clobbering.Market caps have been killed with in tech stock sector certainly to a greater degree than their asset base has been hurt. The uncertainty of S.E.A.has overdone a selloff in some very dynamic industries that WILL once again turnaround.

By the time we shake off this media overhype and the earnings begin to reflect stability these litle dogs will be up 20-30 %
