Sure I have heard all of these wonderful rumors of these other states and important happenings. Where is any of this PUBLIC fact as provided by news releases and give me one significant account? WHY ARE THESE THINGS CHOSEN TO BE PROVIDED AS TIDBIT RUMORS ONLY??? How can I do any more DD than I have. I have checked with the end users and I know what their current opinion of Nx is? Do You???? 30-60 days, IMHO it may be much much longer if at all, and what happens in the mean time and how are operations financed?

Technically I was as hopeful as anyone on this board for Nx. I have personally lost faith in the Management. Fortunately we each are entitled to our own opinions (because that is all I am stating) and as I have stated before I hope I am wrong for all here. I respect your thoughts, hopes and wishes but it seems to me its time for shareholders to be given some PUBLIC FACTS!!!

WELL???

To all: Interesting posts these days. Clearly STAX is approaching a major crossroads. Though I remain guardedly optimistic, Eric has some good points. Along with another shareholder, I have done some digging with both Va and Maine. For the moment, total orders for ALL the projects in those 2 states will amount to about 100 tons of Nx...not exactly a huge amount. Furthermore, Nx is being TESTED in those projects, some of which aren't even scheduled for construction until 1999!! It will take years to evaluate, and as of right now, there are no plans for further purchases of Nx by those states.
As far as other state dots and other developments at the company, well...I'd love more specifics if anyone has hard info, something which has been in horribly short supply recently, imo. I too would also love to know whatever became of the Canadian and German contracts announce last year.
My fingers are really crossed for HH...and for all of us. Nx seems like an impressive product on paper with huge potential markets. But...it's time for some major, financially substantive developments soon. Words, pictures and graphs on paper are all very nice, but NEXT, already!!
