I don't think Fisher is in the Bahamas because of any action associated with Midland. It is because of other problems Novagaz maybe? or is it Gulfstar? or maybe Dundee, Dorothy, or Oz... Heck, I am just guessing here. I could be wrong. Maybe he is there for personal reasons. He could be hiding from the IRS, he could be hiding from SEC, or he could be evading something else. Or maybe he isnt evading anything at all. Maybe he has a terrible disease that can only be cured by a prescription of Bahamian sunlight. Yeah! Thats the ticket. Believe it or not, I have NOT already convicted Fisher in my mind. He has a right to a defense in a court of law. American Law. If he is an innocent man, he could come back to the States and clear himself within a couple of days, and go on back to the Bahamas and down his happy road. Heck, I would even offer to pay for a First Class ticket for him...Freeport to Dallas. All he has to do is come on back home and clear it up. Did you ask him why he won't come home? Bender, I have been here since the day this thread was opened and I will probably still be here when it closes. That's My investment style. The only "DIRTY DOZEN" around here are attached to Your arms. That would be Your "TWO HANDS and TEN FINGERS". Since this thread was opened I have not seen one piece of information that would be of use to anyone anywhere posted by You. Just useless crybaby drivel for the obvious purpose of slandering Gary and anybody who believes in his honesty and integrity. I am sure You won't understand what honesty and integrity means Bender, IMO, You don't possess these quality's. Go back to Your garbage can where You belong.
