Peter I believe that you are so close to the truth and that it's scary. Both men, Sprague and Burke, I believe are men of principle and integrity. I would not be surprise to learn that they left because of the way the company was being "used" . If you look close at the agreements that Koz made they benefit the principle players and not the company. Fact in case the Sierra Vista deal. What did the company receive except the responsibility to pay 400k+ a year for offices in Beverly Hills. 7500 month for a home in B.Hills, and a car allowance that I find too high to say the least. This is just one example that is documented, who knows what else was and is going on. I believe that Sprauge and Burke discovered what was going on, and decided that their reputation was worth more that a few pieces of silver. I would love to here the whole story.
