ICVI was quite actively in business as late as the end of March, running its subsidiary C-Concepts (and arranging financing for the purchase of additional convenience stores), among other things. C-Concepts itself was not sold until days before the merger with MTEI was completed. So in my view it's fair to say ICVI was still operating.
