Cheryl, does it really matter that IR responded to Bill directly or to another poster inquiring about the loans? Bill's point was that IR did in fact respond regarding loans that Bill had questioned.

I don't really have an opinion as to whether this is an accurate warning signal as Bill suggests, but I think you are trying to make as much out of this small issue as you accuse Bill of doing in his posts.

Nor do I think that Bill's statement that he suspects stock fraud promotion - and the mention of your report in a subsequent sentence as raising flag's in Bill's mind - amounts to libel. I don't think he implied that you were involved with a stock promotion, at least with the text you posted. But I admit I have not read your report.

Bill may extrapolate facts to reach certain conclusions that some of us might find to be a stretch, but I don't think the courts, the SEC or SI will be too concerned with the opinions given in his posts. They just don't appear to rise to the level of libel or intentionally false information.

Peter

<<Implying that I am involved with some stock promotion scheme DOES make me angry ... and is a blatant lie!!>>

Relax Cheryl.

<<I've spent a lot of time trying to educate the general public on Y2K issues, and specifically "embedded systems" because there has been such a lack of understanding on these issues.>>

Much like an evangelist tries to "educate" the public about his/her religious beliefs. The Y2K "embedded systems" issue is an even more overblown hoax than the general Y2K problem.

<<I've NEVER publicly made TAVA financial or stock price projections. What I try to do is share and disseminate information, mainly relating to Y2K embedded systems issues.>>

Gosh, thanks.

<<Your innuendo, in regards to me personally IS libelous. Libel is based on intent. You might be able to get away with it one time, but to continue to do so IS crossing the line, and confirms intent.>>

It never fails. Every time I point out a scam stock or a phony stock promotion, I get lots of angry people who threaten all sorts of legal action. Too bad that I'm so often right. BTW, can the threats. I can't be scared away and I'm not going to stop posting my negative opinions about Tava.

For someone who claims to be doing this out of the goodness of her own heart, methinks you doth protest a bit too much my dear.

No matter how much you want to deceive yourself about an embedded systems doomsday or Y2K doomsday, it doesn't change the fact that 1) It's not going to happen and 2) TAVA will eventually trade based on its fundamentals - which are poor and getting worse.

TAVA should be shorted at any price above 5 and will eventually trade in the low single digits.
