second largest pharma outfit in the
promotional division of new drugs.
PFE or any other pharmaceutical house could or would hardly rely on "word of mouth"in the ethical promotion of
their new drugs.

Your physician is probably aware how
PFE went on a spending spree
introducing Viagra.
