Not investing could easily be based on a strong enough opinion to not invest (a rational choice to invest elsewhere). While I follow WIND and this thread closely I have chosen to not invest and so far the opportunity cost of WIND has exceeded the return by a comfortable margin. That's not saying it's a bad stock, or a bad co. (it shows promise) just that there are higher value buys to be had for the money.
