Thanks for the link. There has been no discussion of this study done. I wonder why?

So just who is "Independent Reservoir and Mining Engineers"? Or is this a typo made by mistakenly capitalizing the first letters of those words?

Edit: I just answered myown question. It seems that this is a professional title, not the name of a company. So this must be a refernce then to Stagg Engineering.
