Actually, that is a presumption on your part. To the best of my knowledge, the company has not released a list of the major shareholders and their ownership position. Nevada corporate law does not require this disclosure. I've been through all the SMRY-LUMA-RICI-ICVI threads and have not seen a single message about company notification of items normally requiring shareholder votes.

Management controls the company, the Board controls management and the shareholders control the Board. Considering that MTEI now controls the former ICVI, I am curious what the Company Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation say about the requirement or lack thereof for shareholder votes for election to the Board of Directors.

Mr. Uselton was recently elected Chairman. Anybody get a proxy?
