Gentlemen: After more than 11 years holding and acquiring GPGI, and after reading
all 6300 or so messages on this thread, let me just say that it will take much longer
to get this stock to serious status than Ed or anyone else thinks.

Just think: Two days of 90000 shares volume after momentous news, on over 23 million
shares outstanding. To get this baby up to 5 or 10, we'll need 3-500,000 shares per
day, which won't come until news reaches the special situation guys, the brokerage
guys, and we get a JV or buyout offer or two.

I own more of this stock than I should, and I must say it's been exciting watching it go
up and down over the years. Let's be optimistic, but also realistic. If the stock is more
than 5 by year-end 1998, I'll be surprised. More likely it will be 2.
Thankfully, I'm young enough to hope for the big payout while I can still use it.

Dennis needs to put all these press releases together, send them out to a bunch of the
right brokerage firms, and start to widen the investor pool. That takes time, but that's
what will make the difference, IMO. The company should also announce ASAP that it will no
longer be issuing restricted stock to fund itself. One of the reasons the price has gone
in the toilet is because so many realize the company can get them cheaper shares (albeit restricted)
than they can get on the market. E.g. the company has been competing with the market to sell
shares. Once this competition ends, the happier I will be.

Go GPGI, faster. But if I have to wait, I guess I will.
